The Guggenheim Museum is open late Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 pm, you can pay what you wish instead of the regular admission. The museum is free for children under 12 accompanied by an adult.
The Frick Collection

The Frick Collection includes some of the best-known paintings by the greatest European artists, major works of sculpture (among them one of the finest groups of small bronzes in the world), superb eighteenth-century French furniture and porcelains, Limoges enamels, Oriental rugs, and other works of remarkable quality.
The Collection is open six days a week: Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission to The Frick Collection: $18, adults; $12, senior citizens (62 and over); $5, students with valid identification. Children under ten are not admitted to the Collection. On Sundays, pay what you wish from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Neue Galerie

Neue Galerie New York is a museum devoted to early twentieth-century German and Austrian art and design, displayed on two exhibition floors. The second-floor galleries are dedicated to art from Vienna circa 1900, exploring the special relationship that existed then between the fine arts and the decorative arts. The Museum is open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Admission is as follows:
