Is there a minimum stay requirement?Yes, three nights at a B & B or private apartment.
What is a Bed and Breakfast?
A Bed and Breakfast (B & B) is a furnished room in your host's apartment. You have a choice between a private bath or shared bath. The host provides a daily continental breakfast.
What are unhosted apartments?
They are fully furnished private apartments -- Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments are available.
Should I call or submit the reservation form?
Submit the reservation form, so you will not have to wait if the phones are busy.
Do you personally see all the accommodations you book?
Yes, I see all B&B's and private apartments. I also meet with the hosts and owners.
What is your payment policy?
After you reserve a B&B or apartment, we require a deposit.
For B&B accommodations we require a 25% percent deposit of the total balance. For private apartments the deposit is 25%. Deposits can be made by: PayPal , bank wire transfer, US travelers checks, money order or cashier check. The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival to your host.

For monthly stays a security deposit will be required.
After we receive your deposit, you will receive a formal confirmation.
Are monthly rates available?
Yes, for B&B's and private apartments.
What is your cancellation policy?
If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. If notice of cancellation is received at least 31 days in advance of your arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded minus a $80.00 processing fee.
Cancellations by our Company
Our Company reserves the right to cancel –in whole or in part – the aforesaid reservation due to acts of the Owner, or God , with prior written notice to User.
In the event of cancellation by our Company, our Company shall reimburse to User 100% (one hundred percent) of reservation payment for the Dwelling House.
Our Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, lost profits, direct or indirect costs, arising from such cancellation.
Termination
In the event of early termination of the Contract hereof by User, with no breach on our Company’s part, User shall have no right to any reimbursement of other expenses paid.
Indemnification
User holds Our Company exempt from any liability arising from any damage or injury that may occur to User and/or guests of User and their collective belongings originated by fixtures and/or structures of the Dwelling House and/or the utilities supplied to the Dwelling House.
Do I pay sales tax?
In all B&B reservations sales tax is included. In private apartment stays under 4 nights sales tax is included.
For stays more then 4 nights, sales tax is 8.65% of the total price.
Is smoking allowed?
Most accommodations have a no smoking policy.
